The CIRCLE Discovery Survey

CIRCLE – the Centre for Innovation, Research, Creativity and Leadership has been identified as an external educational agency to support Selwyn House School in the mapping of its culture and the determination of its strategic future. During this process, we will engage all Selwyn stakeholders, including parents, staff, students, alumni and the Board. Using surveys, focus groups and workshops, we will seek feedback on the state of the school today and the opportunities that might be presented over the coming years.

Please complete the following survey questions to assist us to gather data and make recommendations to the School. We appreciate your contribution to this process, which is designed to help the School receive evaluative feedback and improve its performance.

Initially, you will be asked to identify where you are located within the school community. You will then be asked to consider dimensions of the School’s performance. For a number of questions, you will be required to provide a rating based on the level of your agreement or disagreement with statements about the School. You will be given the option to provide a comment to explain your ratings. These comments are especially important for the research!

You will then be asked to rate your agreement with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) question, and invited to explain your rating and to specify what would need to change for you to provide a higher rating.

This survey should and will be treated confidentially. It will take about 20 minutes to complete.
